Not just a great LP, this is a pretty outstanding work of art. Tough to pin down genre-wise it takes in mainly early 80s goth rock and modern low-key electronica to the extent that it would appeal as much to a fan of, say, Four Tet as to one of Bauhaus. Despite its fairly sparse and brooding feel it manages to conjure up great drama at every turn. One of the most involving listens of the last 10 years and also one of the best.
